NEEDLES - The city of Needles will continue a program allowing residents to haul brush, small tree limbs, small pieces of lumber and palm fronds to the Smith Road Transfer Station, 1000 Smith Rd. Materials will be received between 7 and 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11 and 25.
