Colleges will send a catalog of classes offered during the year to adults in the community. Whether a person wants to pursue a new hobby or learn a skill, taking a class can help.
It is best to enroll in an adult education class as early as possible as these classes tend to fill up fast. The average class size may only be twelve to fifteen people. It is up to the student to bring all of the materials that will be needed to the class or to contact the instructor to find out what is needed and where the best place to get the materials might be.
