Custom Embroidered Hat or Cap

Welcome to the Embroidered Hat or Cap Custom Embroidery Order Page.

We offer 1, 2, and 3 line embroidered hats and caps starting at $14.00.  You can have one, two, or three,1 word lines that will fit in a 3 x 5 inch area.  Express yourself in a way that is unique to only you. Popular choices are phrases like "I'm with her" (or him), "The Bride and The Groom" sets, and almost anything you can think of.  No profanity or racial slurs please as they will be refused, but most anything else is fair game for your custom hat.  Use your imagination and create the custom embroidered hat of your choice.  Contact us today for yours!  Easy PayPal ordering below.

Embroidered Hat Costs:  Single line is $14.00, 2 line is $15.00, 3 line is $16.00

All hats done in Times New Roman font unless otherwise specified.  1 and 2 line orders are done with approximately 20mm lettering and centered in the embroidery field unless other wise specified. 

Use the pictures below to fill in the two text fields.  Please use a "/" between each item where applicable so we know exactly what you want.

For example in the "Hat Color & Thread Color box, enter "1/black/white" if you wanted a "style 1" black hat with white lettering for your first line of text or "2/white/sky blue" if you wanted a "style 2" white hat with sky blue for you first line of text.

Please double check everything before submitting payment.  If you want a hat with 1 line of text only, just fill in your text and thread color and click the "add to cart" button.  If you want to add a 2nd line of text, fill it out and click the "add to cart" button, and if you want to to add a 3rd line of text, fill it out and click the "add to cart" button.

Text can be in one of 2 configurations - straight, and full oval.  Oval is as shown on the hats pictured above.

Standard font choices are Arial, Times New Roman, Brush Script & Block, with Times New Roman the default unless otherwise specified.  We have many other fonts available but you must be "very specific" if you order with a special font other than the three listed.  If for some reason we don't have a font that you specified, you will be contacted before stitching out your order for an alternate via email.  Text size will be dependant on line length i.e. smaller words larger font, larger words, smaller font.  Text must fit in the 3 x 5 inch stitching field as shown above.  If you have questions, feel free to contact us before your order is placed at
