Use the outline picture "numbers" above to fill in the two text fields.  Please use a "/" between each item where applicable so we know exactly what you want. 

For example in the "T-Shirt Color & Outline Number box, enter "black/5/Ohio" if you wanted a black shirt with state outline for Ohio, "Sand/4" if you wanted a sand shirt with the world outline.  Wording will be embroidered over outline background unless otherwise specified.  All embroidery from this page is done over the left chest location.  Please add special instructions to your order regarding placement of wording before finalizing your order.  If needed, please email us before placing your order at Astrid's Embroidery & Quilts to work out the details or get your questions answered before placing your order..

Please double check everything before submitting payment.  If you want a T-Shirt with outline & call sign only, just fill in your call sign and thread color and click the "add to cart" button.  If you want to add your name or short phrase, fill it out and click the "add to cart" button, and if you want to purchase a 2XL size shirt, put 2XL in the box and click the "add to cart" button.
