Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your site to be reviewed.  I will visit each site that is submitted for review.  If you are interested in applying for the award please fill out the form provided or if the form is not working, send me an email with your full site URL, secret phrase where applicable, name, email address, award choice, and a brief description of your site.  You will be notified if your site qualifies for the award, and sent an email with the award you have won attached to it.  Only sites in English or Dutch will be considered as these are the only two languages I speak.
